The school is governed by a Board of Management composed of experienced members in the field of education. The Board is composed of Director/Manager, Assistant Director, the head teacher and 4 other members.

The Director/Manager of the school is an educationist with over thirty years of teaching and managing experience. He has managed primary, secondary and teacher training institutions like Machakos Teachers College as a Chief Principal among others. The Manager is also an author of Social Studies books for primary schools in both 8-4-4 and CBC system with Longhorn Publishers.

The Head teacher is highly qualified and works with other academically qualified, professionally trained, experienced, dedicated and energetic teaching and non-teaching staff.
